Buying secondhand from strangers asks a lot of trust. juunam exists so you don’t have to extend it blindly. We stand behind every piece that passes through — and these are the four shapes that takes.
Authenticated by juunam.
Every piece is verified before it lists. The baseline is an in-house visual and provenance check by juunam staff — and if a piece can't be verified, it doesn't list. We don't lower the bar. In the near future, sellers will be able to add per-piece third-party verification through Entrupy: seller-opt-in, piece by piece, never brand-gated. When a piece carries an Entrupy certificate, you'll see it noted alongside this seal.
14 days, from delivery.
If a piece doesn't earn its place in your life, return it within 14 days — unworn, original tags, original condition — for a full refund. The window opens the moment the carrier confirms delivery. juunam covers return shipping within the EU; elsewhere we send a prepaid label. One carve-out: if you collect the piece in person — at our POS or a boutique handover — the 14-day window closes at the moment of handover. In-person sales are final.
Mediated by juunam — never the seller.
If something is off about an order, you contact juunam — never the original seller. We handle the seller-facing resolution from there. You never argue with the person who owned the piece before you; the only voice you deal with is ours.
Held in escrow until you confirm delivery.
Payment to the seller is held in escrow via Mollie for seven days after delivery is confirmed, never released the moment you check out. If you raise a return or a dispute inside that window, the payout pauses until it's resolved — so the money only moves once you're settled.
