How a piece is checked
Before a piece lists, Juunam staff check it in house, by eye and by its provenance. If a piece can't be verified, it doesn't list.
Read the promiseReading a condition grade
Each piece carries a grade on its page. A means as new, B gently worn, C honest wear. It reads best alongside the photographs.

Some pieces lead with an AI image, marked “AI” in the image itself. Its caption says whether photographs of the real piece follow.

Questions, answered
Where do you ship from, and what does it cost?
From the Netherlands. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation, with tracking. Shipping costs €4.95 within the Netherlands (free from €150), €9.95 across the rest of Europe (free from €300) and €24.95 elsewhere. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery: unworn, with its original tags, in original condition, for a full refund. Juunam covers return shipping within the EU; elsewhere we send a prepaid label.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Tell us and we open a carrier trace the same working day; you never chase the carrier yourself. If the parcel can't be produced within 14 days, we refund the full amount, shipping included.
How do I pay?
Once, at checkout, through Revolut. Your card details never touch our servers. If the piece isn't right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and the full amount goes back to the card you paid with.
What does Buy on Demand cost?
Nothing to ask. There is no fee and no deposit, and nothing is owed until you say yes. If we find your piece above your number, we ask first.
