Juunam — Refund & shipping policy. Shipping. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. On-demand sourced items are typically shipped within 10 business days. Tracking information is provided once dispatched. We ship to the Netherlands, the EU, and selected international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout. Returns. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for online purchases. Items must be returned in original condition, including tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund. Unique items such as artworks or collectibles may be non-returnable — this will be noted on the product page. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
