Juunam. Terms of service and legal notice. 1. Company information. Trade name: Juunam. Legal form: société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée (SARL-S) under Luxembourg law. Juunam is a hybrid concept store and digital platform. Activities include: sale of curated second-hand designer fashion, footwear, interior objects, and contemporary art; pop-up events and brand collaborations; operation of a B2C e-commerce platform; promotion of independent makers and local creatives. 3. Product information. All items — whether second-hand, curated, or handmade — are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of vintage and artistic pieces, variations in wear, appearance, or colour may occur. Standard manufacturer warranties may not apply. Art and collectibles are unique and may not be eligible for return. 4. Consumer rights. Juunam complies with the EU E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC), the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and the Luxembourg Consumer Code. Consumers are entitled to: transparent pricing; a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible products; return procedures via the contact form; secure payment processing. 5. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Juunam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, technical malfunctions, or third-party errors. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains as required under Luxembourg consumer law. 6. Intellectual property. All content — descriptions, layouts, trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Juunam. Reproduction without permission is prohibited. 7. GDPR. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Luxembourg data protection law. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. The supervisory authority is the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), Luxembourg. 8. Governing law. Luxembourg law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Luxembourg, unless European consumer law provides otherwise. Juunam reserves the right to amend these terms.
